Laura González Riesco is a professional photographer from Cantabria. Having completed different courses in photography, art and biology, she is extremely creative and passionate in her work.

Born in Léon, she has been full of imagination since she was a little girl when she would experiment with different art projects involving ink, brushes, oil and cameras. She has always shown a great interest in art, and today photography is a new universe that she explores with ease.

Laura took her first course in analog photo development in high school. While she later  graduated in biology, she never left the world of art and photography. She always says that her first experience with Photoshop was playing with the ink colours, being able to enlarge and develop pictures with different contrasts and placing objects that outlined the edges of her new creations. Having freedom to overcome limits and working with an infinite palette on that very old desk that she remembers so fondly, to enhance photos that she now captures with the same emotion that she had in the very beginning.

After her various photography courses, she began creating projects for fun that soon showcased the quality of her work. This then led her, together with a colleague, to create RqueR.

In addition to her professional experience, her personal experience has enriched her knowledge in the photography domain. This also includes the participation of her two beautiful daughters, whom she considers to be her best models and most enduring clients.

Using her stories, her family and her resourcefulness, Laura puts her creativity and professionalism into each one of her projects.
